Paypal Express - you do not have to have a paypal account to use this payment method, you can enter your CC number and use it like any other payment gateway. This is the highly preferred method of payment, but if it does not work for you see below. If you have an account you can log in to use your bank account for a transfer, or any saved credit cards
Shopify Payments - Use like any other checkout system, Shopify's payment gateway also ensures safe and secure e-commerce payment processing.
At this time, only credit cards or Visa Debit cards are accepted as a payment method. However, having a PayPal account will enable you to be able to use bank account transfer or prepaid cards to make your purchase.
Gift cards issued by the store are also valid payment methods, and codes can be entered on the checkout page and will add to your purchase like cash. You can use a coupon code on top of this as it is not a discount.
Due to the handmade nature of the products in our store, occasionally it will take up to 3 weeks for orders placed to ship out and for you to receive notification. The general rule of thumb is 1-2 weeks after purchase, but depending on volume processing time can be as low as 3-5 Days. If absolutely necessary, please send a message to inquire, but please remember that emails inquiring about processing slow down the overall processing as more time is needed for customer service.
Canada: Orders with a delivery address in the Canada are sent through USPS through cross border shipping. Meaning, 1-3 times a week the orders are compiled and taken to Sweet Grass, Montana. They will be sent First Class International Package, this service can take a bit longer but comes with a tracking number which should be contained in your shipping email. If no tracking number is indicated please contact us so we can look into it. In some cases we can offer local pickup in Calgary, Alberta, Canada at our office location, please email firstname.lastname@example.org to inquire about this service.
USA: Orders with a delivery address in the United States are sent through USPS through cross border shipping. Meaning, 1-3 times a week the orders are compiled and taken to Sweet Grass, Montana. Unless upgraded, they will be sent First Class Package, this service comes with a tracking number which should be contained in your shipping email. If not please contact the shop so we can look into it
International: Orders with a delivery address that is not within the USA or Canada will also ship through cross border service. 1-3 times a week orders are taken down to the nearest USPS Post Office and shipped First Class International Letter or package depending on order weight.
Since we do utilize cross border services, it is necessary to organize outgoing shipments to print orders and batch labels up to a week in advance. When the labels are printed through Shipstation, although Shopify automatically sends the email more often than not the set ship date is within the next week. We unfortunately have no way of delaying or scheduling the shipping notification from Shopify so please be patient, add the number to your tracking app (we recommend After Ship!) and adhesive goodness will be in your mailbox sooner than you think

More than likely it is in the next batch ready to go to the USA, however in some cases something may have gone wrong, so after 7 days have elapsed since shipping with no update on USPS please feel free to send us an email, or use the contact form to notify someone so we will look into it at
We have heard in some cases the USPS can mark orders as delivered up to 3 days before actual delivery which we do not understand but also have no control over. This has been reported to us by customers before (not frequently) so if it is showing as delivered and you still haven't gotten anything please call USPS to find out more info/get them to actually deliver it, if a week has elapsed with no delivery please contact USPS and send our customer service an email
Unfortunately, there is nothing we can do in this situation and USPS requires the recipient to open the case, so it is up to you to contact USPS and find out the information before contacting us. We can only step in and begin to discuss replacing the order after USPS has been notified by the receiver and a lost mail case is opened.
We do not refund orders that are lost, delayed or damaged as result of postal error or transit mishap. We are also not obligated to replace lost goods if the post office has received and scanned the package into their system. However we are not heartless and instances of loss or major damage are rare. so we would in all likelihood be open to replacing and getting stickers to you
If there is something missing from your order, please contact the store either through Etsy convo the form, Facebook messenger, or email email@example.com to let us know and we can either provide a refund for the missing item(s) or replace them.
Damaged packages: If your package arrives damaged, but the contents are unaffected if you'd like to notify us, please take a picture and send to firstname.lastname@example.org so we can track damages and update records. If the contents are affected please take pictures of the damaged package and items, and send to email@example.com. Items damaged by the postal service will not be refunded but we will replace them for you, no problem.
Please notify us of any postage owing, as it is likely an error on our end and will allow us to update our shipping program and records. Please take a photograph of the note USPS includes on the package and you will be reimbursed any postage owing. Note that this does not include customs, tariffs or any other sort of internationally incurred fee. This is only applicable when the weight or the size of the package exceeds that stated on the label or if the wrong method is mistakenly selected in the shipping program
